NDIS Accommodation Options
Our Accommodation Supports cover a range of living arrangements, falling under the NDIS registration groups Assistance with Daily Life and Improved Living Arrangements. Here’s how we can assist:
Short-Term Accommodation (STA)
STA provides a temporary living solution, offering a break for both you and your regular carers. Whether it’s a weekend or up to 14 days, STA allows you to experience a change of scenery and access to 24/7 support in a safe and comfortable environment. Perfect for respite care or when you need a short-term stay away from home.
Medium-Term Accommodation (MTA)
MTA is available for up to 90 days, giving you a stable and secure place to live while you transition to more permanent housing. MTA is ideal when you’re waiting for your longer-term living arrangements to be finalised, providing the support you need in a comfortable and disability-friendly setting.
Supported Independent Living (SIL)
SIL provides 24/7 support for people who typically have higher needs. This ongoing support can be delivered in shared accommodation, or even in your own home. Plus, it can be combined with any of the accommodation options we offer across Sydney, giving you flexibility and control over how and where you live while receiving the right level of care.
